Faceposer head movement...

Can anyone tell me why my models in faceposer don't move their heads up or down or left or right when using the head_updown or head_leftright flex sliders?

The motions work inside the game but it makes it really hard to preview what the motion of the head is looking like if I have to run the game everytime I want to see any feedback.

I hope someone has a fix so I can get busy...
