Facewound - Zombie Murder Simulator

I don't know if any of you guys remember but, Garry of Garry's Mod fame was working on a zombie survival sidescroller game a while back.

Well, it seems that he's given up working on it and just released the latest version for free.

I've played through a bit of it and it's damn fun, I really don't see why he stopped working on it.

But anyways, here's the link.

Been playing a bit the past two weeks. I love the gore, but I'm beginning to lose interest, and none of the maps/mods have really helped keep it going for me.

Wow, didn't realize that it's been out for so long.

April 2nd, you'd almost think that was a day late April Fools.

Eh. It'd be fun if the limited lives didn't force you to start all over and lose your guns. Starts getting pretty hard around the fourth level. Still, pretty awesome, and can't complain about the price point.

Ah so the inevitable has happened. I knew he'd stopped working on it but whenever questioned he'd always say "I'll go back to it, honest!"

Shame it never came to fruition.

For anyone that's interested these are the cheat keys.

Press N for 100 credits
Press V for noclip
Press P to get all weapons (plus cheat weapons, lazers and such)
Press C to have a copy of yourself flail in ragdoll mode
Press Z to have everything slow to a crawl for half a second or so
Press Q to reload the first level “City”
Press Y to have it thunder in the background
Press I to toggle the shaders on/off
Press X to see the bones of the ragdolls
