Fallout 3 Bad Karma

Yeah, I watched these yesterday... the devs sound slightly disturbed.

Those guys need some professional help.

EDIT: btw, the game looks awesome. Let's hope it runs on my rig.

They don't sound disturbed to me, just honest. Why disguise video game violence of this nature as anything else other than letting out dark fantasies? As soon as it's in the limelight we have to point fingers and burn witches? Oh please.

Yeah, they don't really sound disturebed at all. When I saw 'big guy sounds like a psychopath' I thought it'd be a fat man with an overgrown beard, wearing a warn out old T-shirt and having some speech impediment but it's nothing like that. If anything they're propbably trying to promit it to the psychopath's out there. :P

The video is called "Bad Karma."

Obviously they're going to try and sound psychotic. Its blatantly intentional.

I was tempted, lol. No you're a fag and you're game sucks that's why you're evil.

$5 says there is nothing new here.

"You really feel like you killed a person."

No.

"I was just talking to that person."

And? It's an NPC who cares?

The fact they mention you can become easily neutral again says a lot. If I go around killing innocents it should take hard work to get people to even begin thinking about trusting my character.

damn screw ign and its shitlist of blocked elements, I youtubed it.

I don't like being mean in games, but it sounds to me they made the game more fun for people who do.

"Like you come across this slave woman and her baby, and you are talking to her for like 20 minutes and then you just rape her, and eat the baby in front of her.... you know, you get to do stuff you want to do in real life, and I think that's really cool"

From what I see, the good/evil system is rather primitive. You're either ****ing Gandhi or Hitler's spawn. Feels like Bioshock all over again.

That and (I think it was either Todd's or Pete's) them saying that they purposefully avoided having ambiguous quests - they are either blatantly evil or blatantly good.

Tell me, how is the Regulator supposed to know the finger belonged to a bad guy? Does he cast "Detect Alignment"?

He has a +2 helm with detect alignment permanent enchantment.
