Fallout 3 GoTY edition?

Does anyone have a clue if and when it'll be released and on which platforms? I'd love to get the PC version, but my PC is shit for now so I'm hoping for a 360 release. Wikipedia says sometime around late October of this year, but everyone knows Wikipedia can be full of shit sometimes.

I borrowed the original 360 version from my cousin and I liked it except that it was buggy as hell (why Bethesda WHY?!) and I'm hoping that if there's a GoTY edition release for the 360, all patches will be included as well since I don't have Xbox Live or broadband.

Can't get any of the expansions either for these reasons.

I heard for america it is expected october 13th for PC 360 and PS3

BTW I think the GOTY will be like most GOTY editions of games, it won't have the content on the disc. It will give you a download code to redeem the content so you would still need XBOX Live/PSN/GFW Live.

If that's true, I think they will probably offer the disc/s as an alternate option. They did with Oblivion anyway.

I believe they will offer the extra stuff on discs.
