far cry language help, plz help

a french friend lend me his french version of far cry, great game, with great graphics which runs perfectly on my computer, except the game is in french and i don't understand shit. well i'm going to learn french, but i don't want to play the game in one or two years. Is there a way to change it to english or do i absolutly need to get the english version in order to play the game in english ???

Well what you could do is find a english version and copy all of the dialogue on a seperate CD and then each time you install the french game, replace all the dialogue with the english dialogue. I don't see another solution, since, unlike Beyond Good and Evil, which has 5 languages on it, Far Cry has only one.
