And after taking a look at the rest of the plot summary looks like they've changed things. Adding characters, removing characters, changing the chain of events...

Far Cry will be Uwe's biggest success in terms of the gulf between the quality of the source material and the movie. I think he'll struggle to make the game's story and characters worse than they already are. Not to say he won't succeed in doing so, just that he'll expend a lot more effort getting there than usual.

Far Cry's story isn't much but done right it still could be turned into a decent action movie...
