Farcry beta

i'd like to know, it will be on irc and bittorrent soon though
 
Dont think it should be hard to find a beta of such a 'popular' game... lol, reminds me again of teh horrible hl2 leak... :( /me stops now...
 
a bunch of people from these forums got in, me not being one of them though :(
 
I didn't get in! Oh the humanity. Oh well there is always IRC and Deus Ex: Invisible War.
 
ggrrrr I didn't get in either, won't stop me from playing it though.

What if Ubisoft got a special IDs that will be send to every beta tester so he/she can only play online others with Illegal version won't be able to.
 
G0rgon, there will always be cracks. Blizzard did that with WC3, but they came up with a solution, an alternative battle.net type server that required a loader to get onto. Worked well

Anyone else seeing part of the HL2.net theme, and the rest of the standard vB theme all of a sudden?

Thats what I had and also I had a second email which is from my old Account also states that I am in but with diffrent confirmation. I hop by the 2-5 of jan we will recieve the file.

I hope there's a cracked version like WC3 beta. That'd be kickass.

Hmm, this is interesting....When I go to the link to the beta forums I can see it. But, when I try to enter a specific thread it requires a username/password. I wonder if I possibly may be in? Probaly not...Because I haven't recieved a email yet. ;(

Sorry, but the last of the beta e-mails were sent out yesterday.
 
AHHHHHHH! I'm going to kill myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;( ;(
 
im in. im very glad. and i hope they dont crack it ok mess with the game, i want games from now on to be legit, no cheats or anything. u think with all this technology they would be able to stop cheaters and crank up the number of players on a server.
 
I only have 275mb left on my hard drive so I am happy I didn't get in.
