no it's not false advertising ..they're not claiming it looks like that, it's just implied
I don't see the problem or what's "gross" about it. Looks fine to me. Why exactly are you surprised that it doesn't look exactly as advertised (that's actually impossible when using that harsh white flashlight of a camera, even with the original "model" it would look completely different)? Besides, I can photograph your favorite dish to make it look a lot less appealing, doesn't change the actual taste though. And what other kinds of ads are exactly like the products?
The fries they show arent even real...thats why they look so good
Edit: Heard this about mcdonalds
That's what she said! OH SNAP!Don't care about the look, it satiates my hunger.
I already knew how they were made a long time ago and I still eat them. Chicken nuggets are delicious.
I don`t give a flying **** how bad fast food is for me. It`s food, it`s fast, it tastes good. I don`t eat it for the nutritional value, or the lack of fat and e-numbers. I eat it because it TASTES GOOD AND IT STOPS MY HUNGER.
It could be made of rat shit and ****ing fleas for all I care, it tastes great.
Which kind of defines false advertising...implying something IS false advertising.
Why do you think Carlsberg say 'probably' in their slogans? They cant say THE best, because thats false implementation.
Implying: This is KIND of what the burger looks like, but this is what it ACTUALLY looks like.
