Ok so i have my FSB set at 144mhz.
I set the DRAM divider to 3:4, which means that my RAM would be runnig at 192mhz. Correct?
Well my system doesn't boot with the ram set that high, WHAT THE CRAP! I'm using DDR400 ram, which is tested at 200mhz!
Even increasing the RAM voltage by .05 or by .1 doesn't help. It's not over heated as i added speacial heat spreaders.
I'm using Corsair Value Select Dual Channel RAM.

is this only recently, because if it is, then i would drop the voltage and the higher clocks and run memtest86 when its starting up for an hour or so, test the ram to see if its developed errors

Yet running the ram at a lower speed lets it boot with the FSB still set at 144MHz? Do you set the memory to T1 or T2 settings? Do you set it to SPD?

Value ram isn't exactly good for OCing. I know it isn't higher than the stock speed but maybe some other settings are not right since you are OCing other parts of your system.

I usally run a 4:5 divider, thus my RAM runs at and is fine at 180mhz. Deafult timings of 2.5-3-3-7
I can't get past the POST on 192mhz. So i can't use memtest.

I'll try to lower the voltage below stock to see if it helps me break the 192 barrier.

Ok so it passed mem test at 180mhz, and it even ran at CAS 2; wierd cause my computer won't boot with CAS 2, but memtet said it was ok at CAS 2.

I tried lowering the volts to 2.55 from 2.6, doesn't help.
