I guess the title says it. I adore Boathouse Finale and The Terminals.

I love the Boathouse finale and the railroads map from Death Harvest.

Death Toll I think it's 3. Where you are walking through the train yard, up and over a 'bridge' type thing, and you end up at the church.

No joke, I literally love every map; this isn't fanboy crap or something either. Unlike every other online FPS I've played, where the server changes map and I'll say "awww not this shit again," Left 4 Dead is just plain sick and enjoyable throughout.

Probably my least favourite though is No Mercy Chapter 4 (The Hospital). I can't completely put my finger on it, but I'd say it's probably the fact that it's pretty damn awkward to attack simultaneously as a team, mostly because of all the long corridors by my reasoning. On the other hand, I'd defo place Chapter 2 & 3 of No Mercy (Subway & Sewers) in my top favourites. Haha this is mostly due to the great ambush opportunities for the Infected at the beginning of each chapter. Likewise, when I'm Survivors with my good team of mates facing off against an equally good Infected team, I just know that there's going to be carnage when I step out of that door on Subway xD

The first or second of Dead Air is great, can't remember which I'm thinking of.

The Station, I think it is, of Blood Harvest. The chapter before the cornfield at least. I just love how Valve that map is with the cliff-side buildings and railroads through the mist.

That, or the drainage system from chapter two of Death Toll. I think it's called The Drains. Again, I love it for it's similarities to Half Lifes lower/underside sewer levels. Wonderfully bleak and dirty environments.

I'd say the No Mercy finale as my favourite, and the map where you roll the train carriage into a wooden bridge (can't remember what campaign)

Pretty sure that's towards the end of part 3 of Blood Harvest.

I agree with you that the 2nd and 3rd maps on No Mercy are brilliant, but so are the 2nd and 3rd on Blood Harvest. The first maps on both campaigns are OK too, but the 4th maps on both are quite shite. The 4th maps suck due to them being too easy for the survivors. Oh and NM finale > BH finale, although both are pretty good.

No Mercy 4th map. Especially elevator part ;)

I love the entirety of Dead Air, and the first, second, and fourth levels of No Mercy. I haven't really been able to like Death Toll and Blood Harvest too much. The only part of Death Toll I really like is going through the small town, which I believe is the third level. It's quite fun to see a town, the likes of the one I live in, succumb to the virus.

I agree...just looking through the little shops and dark and bleak houses...the environment is great!

Overall, my favorite campaign is Death Toll, even though i like all maps. Death Toll is probably the most diversified in environments (starting out in the woods, underground tunnel, railroad, church, small town, boathouse, camping site. ) I LOVE the small town setting especially. Its also just really fun, like camping in the church tower, sniping zombies from a far.

Dead Air i think is the hardest level to complete on Expert mode, but is awesome either way.

No Mercy level 3's first half is the bit I look forward to most with the petrol station and all that. It's immensely fun and typical Valve design. But the exploit of meleeing the door ruins it a bit.

Dead Air maps are all great.

No Mercy finale is awesome too.
