Zach Braff in Garden State.

Women:

Natalie Portman in Garden State, V for Vendetta, and Closer.

Carrie-Anne Moss in The Matrix.

Helena Bonham Carter in Fight Club.

Mena Suvari in American Beauty.

Rachel Weisz in Runaway Jury.

Uma Thurman in Kill Bill.

Kirsten Dunst in Elizabethtown, Spider-Man, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
 
zach braff in garden state. harrison ford as han solo and indiana jones and the guy from blade runner. brad pitt and edward norton in fight club. samuel l jackson in pulp fiction. jim carrey in eternal sunshine of the spotless mind. che guevara in the motorcycle diaries.

lots more. female wise, i'd have to say natalie portman in anything and scarlett johannsen in lost in translation, but there are a lot more than that.

Perhaps not a "favorite", really. He's detestable, scary, and not somebody I would ever want to meet. He is, however, the kind of monster that you can't take your eyes off of.
