File write failure client callback thread error

ok im getting this when i try to run my maps...

"File Write Failure
client callback thread error"

normally during the bsp... why?
also it was doing it during rad last nite sometimes on another map... why?

how do i fix it?

Apperently it happens when you are out of memory... yay?... 512 megs of ram is not a lot but for a map this size it should not happen. Also the wonderful glass in my map has stopped working... its a big window on the far side of a courtyard made up of like 100 little windows... so much time wasted and it freking does not work... woo? damn damn damn... no more mapping for me today. screw it all.
