filesystem_steam.dll

I am trying to create a bat file to compile my tga (even with same error occurs with the vtex), but the "filesystem_steam.dll" missing error constantly comes up when trying to compile, it appears I do not have that file in my "C:\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\Username***\sourcesdk\bin" folder. Any suggestions?

reinstall sdk by deleting the sourcesdk and sourcesdk_content folder and the sourcesdk.gcf.

make sure steam is off when you do this and when you start steam and play sourcesdk you will need to download it again.

alternatively you could ask someone else for their "filesystem_steam.dll"
