Your name befits you Warped. Because you must be warped to think that looked uninteresting. It's like they finally got it right. They brought it back to that gritty neo-type world, the gameplay is a mix of 12 and 13 (both of which had excellent battle systems), the enviornment is now part of the fighting, and as someone said, it looks like Kingdom Hearts on crack. I'm just as skeptical as the next person when it comes to another FF title, but this one has shown the a lot of promise.

They've already done realistic before and, yes, this one looks like it's striving for that again.

Er, so does the gameplay from that trailer. In HD it all looks mighty gorgeous. Reminds me a bit of XII which is my favorite of the FF games, just with active combat and a more modern setting (though still strangely fantasy in many ways). Please let me have this game now.

I'm skeptical after XIII, but it does look promising, and good god those CG graphics are sharp.

You know what it reminds me of a little bit? Could just be the setting, could be the protagonist's ridiculously emo 'do, but I'm getting a bit of a Bouncer vibe from it. Not an entirely terrible thing, I guess.

Also does (what I'm assuming to be) the love interest look just like whats-her-face who gets frozed up in XIII, or is it just me?
