With the announcement of the Last Remnant on Windows, has there been any discussion of Final Fantasy XIII on the PC?

Nzone got it totally wrong, for starters the Square Enix E3 presentation was last week and the above quote is what they said about a PC version. No other site reporting on E3 heard this. The only thing Square did say is that the game is being developed on the PC were it is currently functional then being ported over to the PS3 and 360. I hate it when one site ****s up and the misinformation spreads like wildfire.

I agree. Anyway, having Square Enix dropped the Sony exclusive I think that a PC version is likely to come out. I see no reason for the contrary.

PS3 version, then PC version, then Xbox version? I somehow see that as unlikely given it undermines the "big" Xbox announcement just a tad. And we all know how Microsoft prioritize their platforms for big game releases.

Weird they should develop it on the PC but not release it, at least trough steam.

Unless Sony and MS paid them bucket loads of money, but that money would be spent on making sure
they don't make it for the other console rather then the PC. In this case since FF is already coming out on
the 360 it seems useless for Sony to pay for it not to ship on the PC, and vice versa for MS.

FF games on the PC are crap, since you basically need a controller... might as well get them on the consoles.

You don't have one? considering how handy it is for emulated games and various normal PC games, I would think 30.- would be a worthwhile investment.

FF7 on PC has a great control scheme I think. All of the controls are on the numpad, so you can play it with one hand. FF8's on the other hand, was awful.
