how does this setup look?worthy upgrade from my other specs (in signature) i will be posting later once i get it up and running telling how it runs.

now i will be using all the drives, storage, and my video card in the new rig...im wondering do i jsut have to format my hardrive with my xp cd, then connect my comp and then load windows??i have never built a pc by hand and im just hoping that it wont be hard and that i wont have any troubles...

You will need to format your hard dirve in the new computer. Just pop the HDD the way it is now in your new comp and boot up with the XP cd in the drive. Then format fom there. That is how I did it because I too used my HDD from my old comp. Also, that rig is almost identical to how I want my new computer, same processor and same ram and almost the same mother board. Pretty nice setup.
 
building your own computer is kinda exciting, once your finished youve got something to be proud of. It should go smoothly, and instructions you may need shoudl be in your motherboard manual or come with your other components.
If you need help, you know youve got it right here :)
With your hard drive, make sure the jumpers at the back are set to the correct positions (Master / Slave).

I envy your system :P
