Check out Antec's Sonata case. Uses 120mm fans (comes with 1) and is very quite. Does not have the removable tray though.
The only ones I've seen like what you describe are the older Lian Li cases (except 4x80mm fans instead of 2x120mm).

Here is another except 80mm fans and no door.
Could always go with something like this but it costs money.

Directron also has a good selection of cases.
