Finding Half-life 2 servers

I cant seem to find and servers for half-life 2 deathmatch. i went into the server browser but didnt manage to find anything. Help would be greatly appretiated

HL2 DM = CSS

Half-Life 2 DeathMatch = Counter-Strike: Source

technically there is no such thing as Hl2 deathmatch, so the servers don't pick it up.. and even if they did, there aren't that many out there.. as its kinda complicated (to the average user that is) to do the workaround.

there is only one MP component for HL2, and that is CS:S unfortunately

Well, there is old deathmatch code left that does allow 2+ people to play togeather though its obvioulsy buggy.
Its the closest thing that comes to a deathmatch.
But Cs:S is HL2's only "offical" multiplayer.
Just wait for the mods...
