after breaking the boards with a gun , how do you get on the other side of the fence to get into the hovercraft/boat.....at least that's what i think it is...........any help would be greatly appreciated

You can capture an image by hitting the "print screen" key, opening a graphic application, and then using the paste function. It will put a screen capture in the graphic application, which can be saved. Save it as a .jpg or .jpeg if possible, since the file size tends to be smaller.

Regarding your location, have you made it to the point where the water is yellow and toxic?

i don't recall breaking any boards to get into the airboat.. you just have to talk to the woman, then +use the airboat.

ok well it not an airboat.....this is where i am, i got past where all those little thing come out of no where and they shoot at your , there is ladder that is really long, goes all the way up to the top of the building, and at the top there is a room with a bunch of pipes, everywhere, i can not figure out what to do...

That sounds like you are in or just past the big room with all the explosive barrels and lots of manhacks. If so, here is what you need to do:

You get out of the first room by going up the ladder and jumping on the pipes. In the second room, you need to look for a round valve handle. It is toward the bottom of all the pipes in that room.
