Reading up on the description, the cause is still unknown. But no one died though

My only guess is too much gas or whatever they used...built up in the air and when it was lit, boom.

They put gasoline in the basement and let it sit for too long, and so fumes started to build up to the correct oxygen/vapor mixture and then BOOM when he threw the fire in.

I wouldn't have shown it if anybody got killed... and I am surprised noone did get killed, that was a tremendous explosion!
