Firefox died

So yesterday Firefox updated itself and asked if I wanted to restart firefox in order to install the updates. I said now, continued using the old version, and then shut it down for the night.

I started it up about an hour ago and now Firefox doesn't work. I mean it doesn't even open. It updated to the newest update, I believe, but I can't check what version it is because it doesn't open.

I don't like to use IE, so can someone help?

Just reinstall? I'm not sure if it lets you keep your bookmarks etc. though...

Eh, I reinstalled it. It jammed for 20 minutes, then I started on safe mode, and normal Firefox booted up instead. -_-

How odd, I have been having issues with Firefox as well. Every so often the browser will crash and i'll have to exit out. I am able to then restart Firefox with no problems. I love it's "Resume Session" option. Happens intermittently, but at least once a day.

ya the resume feature is awesome. so reinstalling didnt help?

Yeah, it fixed the problem.
