I recently ran into this article which delves into the possible reasons why the Firefox Internet Browser may be in serious trouble. To add to that article, it must be noted that Microsoft is releasing Internet Explorer 7 which will be a major threat to Firefox. The only thing I want to say to Firefox users is that you should keep an open mind - if Firefox goes the way of Netscape, we can at least thank it for being one of the main reasons behind Microsoft improving Internet Explorer over the past year.

Damn IE,I can't belive this,so what if Firefox is a better broswer, they don't have to right to shit about it!
Poor little fox......

Who cares, firefox isnt in trouble it rock.

Oh, IE7 well scarey.

I use Opera, prefer it to both IE and Firefox.

Adblock is going to be integrated into FF1.1 I believe (as a comment to what he mentions in the article)

And it would be a real shame to see FF go down the drain, while IE remains absolute crap (IE7 is going to be IE6 with tabs and better security, nothing is done about CSS and other standards).

IE 7 shouldnt afffect us in Britain, they just banned fox hunting :) (with dogs)

I just gave babyheadcrab a free $200 subscription to that eWeek. I'm so nice, but knowing him he's not even applied or something, damn waste!

If IE7 came with proper standards support I think it would kill FF's chances of gaining that 10%. The only reason I use FF is for the web standards, not the security.

/me kills tron

FF will always be better, btw, firefox is gonna have a new version sometime soon
