FireFox-MediaPlayer?

Please....For the love of GOD!....... Someone tell me they are makeing a media player.....

Im sure we all have tons of videos we would like to watch and mess with. Ither they crashed 30 minutes into a episode of something and for somereason you cant fastforward it so if you want to finish the show you have to watch it all over again...
*end rant*

Anyone know what the best media player is for video files?

And... Is this wonderfull company makeing a media player?

I use Winamp for mp3's and for video's either winamp or bsplayer or windows media player... i dont want another media player, even if it is of the Firefox leetness.

You know what Windows Media Player is actually a VERY good media player, get the new WMP 10. Or you could get Media Player Classic, it can play everything WMP can including DVD's, it's free and has the layout of the older WMP's and they also have versions that can play Real and Quicktime media so you don't have to use those players. Go to google and search for it. The names of the ones that can play Real or Quicktime are Real Alternative or Quicktime Alternative.

Real Player rocks for streaming videos, WMP is decent with DVDs (better around, usually not free tho), and Winamp rocks with music.

I cant stand real player, one of the worst companies ive ever seen, ever. Im glad theres an alternative, thanks for that info Now i can listen to my lovely Radio 4 online \m/

Yes I hate Real, their player, and especially their video codec. Horrible.

It's the other things that run with it, when i installed it, it decided to keep running some updater process and another random process that wouldn't go away when i closed the program. I thought hm... this things a pain in the arse and got rid of the lot. But i havent been able to listen to BBC radio online because the fools insist on real player... like some form of corporate sponsorship, i pay my TV lisense, i should have it in whatever format i like. Not Real Format !!!
