FireFox - new windows 'jump'

It's really quite annoying, when I open a new window or a new tab.. they start shaking vertically.. it's hard on the eyes.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

I don't know, but whenever it happens to me (rarely) I just scroll the wheel a bit and it stops.

I had that for a short period, but its gone now, but im not sure what i did to fix it. Perhaps an update? Theres a whole firefox forum i believe, have you asked them lot yet?
