A theme recently updated, and it's terrible, and I want to restore to the old looking theme. The old theme is still on the Firefox theme site, and I've tried to uninstall this theme and then install the old version but it keeps showing up as the new one.

How do I go about completely removing the theme and then installing the old one again? I wish I would have never updated. This theme looks god awful ugly.

The name of the theme is called Chromifox Extreme. It looked great when I first had it but it looks like some 5 year old started to play around with it and added gloss and colour where it was not needed. It looks awful. Help.

Thank you.

That is all.

:D

Here's a version history of the particular theme you're looking at.

Hope this helps!

That doesn't help. :p

I know how to uninstall a theme. I did that, but either A) there are remnants left over or B) they updated all the old versions to include the new versions aesthetics which is the whole reason I don't want to use the new version.

Also, I've tried several of those versions already yet it still happens. That's why I figured some part of it was still left over because every old version I install it comes up like that.

I don't think I can get that beautiful theme back. :(

EDIT:
They updated it with the old aesthetics back! :D :D :D Yay!
