Firestarter

Played about two minutes of the demo.

I won't be buying this game.

Dunno what this game is about, but the screenies don't look very impressive.
I think i'll pass on this one :)

Some cool designs, but the typography, grammar and spelling in the description pages all suck hilariously :E.

"Haymaker is capable to transmit the victim coordinates to all demons."
"It is reported to be communicating with the monster of the same type."
"It has strong pawns, short neck with a cartridge belt around it. It holds a short-barreled machine-gun in its left pawn..."

Oh well. I don't think English is their first language...

"Due to technical peculiarities, the game does not run under OS Windows 95, 98 and ME, while supported only by Windows 2000 and XP."

Well done on them for cutting out large sections of their possible user base...

Well, the game looks cool enough. Barely any plot, from the sound of it, but it could be a fun blast...

all your base are belong to us?

Nearly as classic... well I found it a refreshing blast-like change :)

Infact, I might go play it now :)

Demo is fun.. feels Quake 3ish, but "objective" oriented, then there's the whole random bullet time thing.. then there's the flipping upside down thing.. and and..

lol, I had fun.

I don't think most people know that your avatar is a Prodigy album cover, crab

Actually I bought their 'Fat of the Land' CD a couple years ago. Still, to date, one of my favorite CD's that I've ever bought ^__^.

Let me guess, the game is being developed by the same guys hwo develope S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - the site engine is the same.

Anyhow, it's fun, IMO anyway. Reminds me of Quake3, although I can only see the final game being highly repetitive and horribly cliched

Yeah, it looks kind of like a Doom ripoff on the Unreal 2 engine.
