Fix Steam Lag.

I have been playing CS:CZ and CS:S and have been lagging and been very frustrating but i have finally figured out how to fix it. If you have been lagging badly in Cs:CZ or CS:S or it takes like 2 minutes to connect to CS:CZ servers do this, Go to steam < then settings< then go to < internet and just put it to T1 and click k that now should fix some lag. Please let me know if this helps? Im just bored felt like posting something that may help some people.
