They look like the fast, Left 4 Dead and 28 Days Later zombies, plus it's a "living dead" not just "dead" so this isn't the Romero sequel soon to come out.

Still, this looks so awesome, definetly a must-see!

Is that the same plane they used for Snakes On A Plane too? I swear it is. They should just discontinue production of that model, terrible things always happen on them.
