I thought it was OK. It got a bit lame after you find out who the bad person is.

The movie is successful as a tension thriller. Starting with a half-filled introduction makes you wonder if the narrator is reliable. As Stardog said, the ending winds down somewhat straightforward, so it doesn't hold the mystery to the end, but the tension remains.

I would recommend seeing it. 4/5-ish
