Flipping!

Ok here's a dumb question... How do you flip the buggy? I try running up to it and 'use'ing it, but nothing. I even tried a few strategically placed grenades to flip it with extreme prejudice but again, nothing.

I know I'm missing something really simple here. Anyone care to clue me in? Thanks.
