Anyone here live in Folkestone? Did you feel it?

I wonder what's going on ... I hope it's not realted to the Tremors movies...
 
I'm in Essex and I didn't feel a thing, although I was in deep sleep at the time.
 
When I posted that link, it didnt mention any earthquake ... nobody knew what it was, emergency services had been dispatched and were on the lookout for something huge that had exploded. The BBC update their articles pretty quickly though.

I guess now we know what it was, anyway. No grabboids involved.
 
Dr Brian Baptie, also of the British Geological Survey, told BBC News 24 that the epicentre was seven miles (12km) south of Dover, out in the English Channel.

Alright.. who else hasn't seen the movie tremors here? how is it even possible to not of seen that movie D:

I've experienced some tremors in the past up here, but mainly due to abondoned coal mines caving in, or something to that effect.
