Look for the exposed girders that will take you to the edge of the building. Once there just jump through the broken wall down to street level and off you go to the horse statue. It took me about an hour to get past this point. Frustrating to say the least.

im stuck in the same place atm, where are the beams? ive died so many times trying to find them (maybe i should get some sleep and try again tomorrow)

kill everythign first including the striders, it will make it easier. Then save and then you [probably] wont die. The beams are umm.... kind of orangey rusty? Bassically where that pic is I think, there are some stairs behind him, now if you walk to the other side and then turn around you will see them. You wouldnt think you can walk on them but you can.

I got trapped there by a bug in the game. I think a Strider failed to knock a hole in the wall. You might need to reload the level if you are suffering from the same problem I was.

well after gettin some sleep, having a rethink, i decided not to kill the 2nd strider, just hide away for a while, when i come out it had knocked the wall down for me
