I don't know if this will work for you but I thought i'd post anyway. As you would know if you've seen my posts i've had the screen below:
I tried everything apart from uninstalling my graphics card and then reinstalling it. Once I tried this it worked a treat. I don't know if the stuttering is still there as came on here to tell you guys. Will update later if you're interested. Also after i reinstalled my graphics card I closed all anti virus and stuff down but I don't know if this has any real effect at all. Hope this fixes some of you guys problems.
