I found a program called LogiGamer which allows you to:
Create different mouse button profiles for different applications, typically games, and then apply these mouse buttons settings for use with an application.
It's quite useful and can be found here

hehe.. cool :P

but no thx, i love my mouse as it is.. :)

Cheers man :) I'll give this a try. Its not some sort of alternate driver is it?

no it works along side the mouseware drivers.

I dont think i'll try it dont want to mess any settings up my mouse is good enough already and it was only $20 at BestBuy.

It doesn't change any of your original settings if you make a new profile.

I've heard about this. I'm jelous cuz i have Microsoft mouse.

I think basically what it is is that it lets you asign your mouse buttons for games.

For example, some games will only let you configure your keyboard, and not your mouse.

on a game that won't let you assign the right mouse button as a zoom feature, you could with this program.

I could be wrong though. lol

Yeah it kind of does this, it also detects when you start a game/app and changes your profile (mouse settings) to that game/app
