I try my best, Carl's surname has been said in one episode but i have never heard Lenny's surname being said, i got his surname from the same place you did .

Carl's surname was spoken when Marge went to stay with that millionaire guy she used to go to school with, at the end when Homer and Lenny are on the oil platform that is burning and Carl, Marge and the millionaire guy come to rescue them in a helicopter.
