Some may remember that I had dislocated the patella in my left knee a few months back, well tonight, during the same martial arts class, I almost did it again. :/

Luckily, I was wearing a knee brace this time, so it's pretty much still in place.

Of course, I'm going to start doing my muscle restrengthening exercises the hospital taught me, but does anyone else know anything I should look into?
 
Id say thats all you need, probably not a good idea to over-due it. Im sure there is a special diet that will aid you in healing better, maybe you can ask your Dr. about that. I wont pretend to be a knee-expert, although I have knees so that must count for something :D

I was expecting him to tell me to drink the blood of a rare kind of frog, to fix my ailments, and man, taking a shower has never been so painful.
 
You really think there are muscle experts here? Seeing a doctor would be the best bet lol.

Yeah, lazy.
 
Eat lots of protein, or creatine suppliments. Although neither will target the affected area, but will increase muscle density, and therefore helping the damaged muscle heal quicker.
