Let's see if this one works :O

Drop down menus work! Huzzah!

Quick-Edit isn't so easy now. :(

Guess that's good for you mods. Auto-subject for Quick Replies eh?

The fact you can see how many times you've posted in a thread is neat, if a little pointless to me.

WTF its not there any more.

Is it still being tweaked around??

The drop-down button next to the page display is still showing for us non-moderators.

EDIT: Having the title of the thread appear in every reply might make things a little congested.

EDIT2: Interesting thing with the lights replacing the checkmarks to see who is online. It adds colour, but I don't think it really fits with our forum skin.

EDIT3: Wow, the buttons look huge now.

Icons look weird and out of place because of transparency issues.

OH GOD NEW ICONS ARE SO GAY *vomits*

They are rather soft. The curves do kinda feel out of place with the sharp skin. Maybe even a little distracting.

great, now i can;t tell if i posted in a thread or not cause the icons all look the same

What are you bunch talking about? The post icons look exactly the same to me, after several refreshes.

Or were they fixed IN SILENCE :O

(the inline editing when pressing the edit button isn't working in firefox, have to go advanced)

/me wonders if slash me command will work with this new version

EDIT: Awww.
Although I love the new edit post feature. Seriously try it out everyone.

they were fixed, but for a few minutes they were utter shite, it was a dismal time on ye olde forums

The pulldown menus work in this topic. But in any off-topic post they don't :|

vBulletin 3.5 is the most vulnerable to hackers... :(
It's the most targeted by hackers because it's the most recent update.

It's the same old story. Windows XP isn't so much the most vulnerable, it's just the most targeted.

Good god, why do all the posts say "Re: Title Name"? Its awful, kill it with fire!!

The bug in the edit function NEEDS to be fixed pronto!

Clicking on Search, Quick Nav and other toolbar options dont work unless im on the main Halflife2.net forum page

lol
is it me or is your title "Newbie"? :p

Nope, no quick edits and sometimes it takes ages to quick reply

Why can't I edit my post in the page? Like when I double click it and stuff... It doesn't let me..

You need to click the 'edit' button.

Why? Why did they take out quick edits? I loved that feature..

The new graphics are a little sexier, although not that much. Other than that, I didn't really notice much difference!

It's faster. And now you stay on the same page when you post!

I guess it was a pain for the mods, being able to edit all posts meant if they double clicked any message the Quick Edit box would open.

Was a neat feature though...

I preferred the old way.

We didn't do anything to change it, it was the makers of vbulletin :(

I imagine it was to avoid people accidentally editing posts. I kept doing it. Kept clicking in places and then all of a sudden "Whoops, I didn't want to edit that post :|".

Clicking on the Edit button works better for me - at the end of the day, it's still quick editing as it doesn't need to take you to another page to edit it.

The edit button was absolutely fine for me.
