FPS Issue with 9800 PRO

How in the hell does my 9800 PRO get 24.93 FPS on the ****ing Stress test?! It should at least be above 40 without a doubt. Plus, I OCed it to 430/370. How in the hell is my 9800 PRO not able to go higher than 24 FPS? I ran it 3 times in a row and each time it got around the same FPS. Please help me with my card. I had AA to 4x and then I had Bilinear as Filtering.

Results:

Stress Test: 42.79
In-Game: 30-75 (Depending on the situation and area)

Also, whenever I try to install any drivers, it gives me this error. It says Zero Service Display. What is this and how do I fix it?

How much of a gain? Tell me why I get 30-75 FPS in a game.. I mean it should be able to constantly stay at 80 or so.

Here's a quick tip. Drop the 4x anti to 2x or none at all. Also you need to get some more RAM....

I have a 9800 pro too with 1gig of ram on a 3ghz. 34 average on the stress test. I run at the setting one past 1024x748 or whatever, 2x anti, trillinear. Depending on what's going on anything from 35-70 fps.

My results:
30fps with 2xAA everything high +vsync
80+fps with 0xAA everything high +vsync

I can play cs:s very well on the 2xAA setup too. But for some reason AA kills the score on the Stress Test :\

My guess is the Source engine has a general problem handling anti-aliasing. :|

I got 23 with a Geforce 3 with all high settings but no AA. Sorry
