All in all though there isn't that much you can do, hardware has limits.

Out of curiosity what is your current FPS?

that's definitely nothing common with specs like that. do you have the same problems when running other games? also, look in the mainboard bios what's the temperature of your cpu/system, if you know how to do that. it could be because of overheating.

Well, I noticed it says TRIAL VERSION in the Operating System for Windows Professional. You should probably get a full legal version of Windows. And a legal copy of Half-Life 2 (if you've got that, get a non-trial for Windows..)

The trial version is because the program who i see my hardware is a trialversion ( is everest )

My version of hl2 are legal ! I've buy it ! For xmas ^^ !
