Fps tweaks cant find anyone where

i just went into poweredbysteam.com because i was looking for some fps commands 2 help my fps in css and they have taken it off the site for some reason does anyone know where i can get some fps tweaks for css?

By the way I have checked a couple of programs that supposedly increase your FPS. If they ask for your steam user/Pass then don't type it in. Just uninstall.

I had a fps script. It did sod all, made the game look shit, and my fps stayed the same. Pointless
