Fragment Order Problem

I recieve an error saying that i have recieved fragments out of order many times while playing CS:S
Someone told me its a problem with my router.
I'm using a Linksys BEFSR41 - EtherFast® Cable/DSL Router with 4-Port Switch.
Can anyone help with this?
