frames/sec split screen app - remind me pls

I am trying to hunt down a small program that splits your monitor into halves and can display different frame rates / second in each. It has 3 simple long blocks rotating in 3d and by manipulating the frame rates you can easily see how higher frame rates make for smoother animation.

I think it was call fps(something)?

Sorry for asking in the HL2 section but this is where I first read of this program.

Can anyone point me to a URL? Thanks!

ps: Yes I did try searching first but without luck.

Nah. It was just a small exe you ran and showed 3 long blocks rotating about the middle. Very simple but very effective way of showing why more fps is better for smooth animation.

Just because u first read about it in another thread in the HL² discussion it doesnt excuse asking in that forum.
Anyways Im afraid I dont know that program I tried to search but couldnt find anything, I think its possible to do something similar with nvidias and ATIs drivers, but not exactly so u probably cant use that
