This is crucial little utility no one should be without. It can convert just about any measurement to another.

On the rare occasion I need to know how many cups are in a liter, I can just type it into google and get my answer. As opposed to downloading and installing a program that I have to run. And go to the right tab and click the buttons and **** THAT

Google is much better, I use it all the time. You can also use google to convert curency, search "50 usd to aud", for example. No need to install anything extra.

I needed one that is offline so I can use it on my desktop or laptop without internet.

BTW, you don't have to install it. It's about 130kb and you can either install it or download the stand-alone that runs from where ever you click it.
