freedomfighters are the city17 police force? (possible evidence)

I doubt it - I reckon they're just freedom fighters. Apparently the white-masked "combine" are called Metrocops, therefore being a police force of City 17 - or so it would appear - and they're definitely in cahoots with the Combine.
Edit: A thought just occurred to me: Why are you looking at a Russian HL2 site if you can't read Russian?

cool. what about the blackmasked ones? and the cloth masked ones? ..? ..? ..?
cuz it sometimes has stuff I never see on other websites, just look @ the conceptart section. It has stuff that most sites dont have therfore its cool. even when i cant understand shit!
