Holy ****, that is amazing!
I could try and point out a few estethic errors and proportional stuff but instead I'm just going to sit here and admire the entire style of it with the excellent viewpoint and pose.

Wow, that is pretty amazing.
If you want some bits to work on:
The mouth area, seems like the mask (or whatever is) is very tight in some spots, and very loose in others.Looks kinda wierd [tighten the neck, or loosen the nose]
around his right thumb and the trigger, there is a noticeable space. I see it is a different portion of the gun, but it should be shaded lightly rather than left blank. [shade above the grip]
These are very minor details but otherwise, fantastic!

thanks guys, this was around a 45 minute sketch and a 3 minute touchup later in the day
Punisher:: yep, i noticed that when i finished, but if i erase anything now itll look like poodoo. lets just say he's inhaling, or the elastic around the eyes is pulling the uppermask toward him
Pendragon:: yea, i'd never drawn an mp5 before .. hehe
Simmo:: yep, snowball is right, it is a way of holding the gun, its looser because he's no longer in the process of firing, rather inspecting a confirmed kill, or something special like that ^^
CrazyHarij:: glad your enjoying it? proportionally i'd leave it as be, the complete picture is of him leaning around a wall (to the left) - but i decided to erase his lower body frame because it detracted from the upper torso
