Frezzing Problem! omg plz help!! =[

Omfg im so angry i fuken hate dis... when i first installed c.s.s it ran fine cept for a farely below average frame rate dew to my crappy system anyways about 2 days after having it on an polaying for generully the whole day i copt a grenade to teh face and as it blew my game frooze i thought nothing of it because maybe my computer couldent handle it with the ammount of action going on but now its slowly becoming more and more frequent even on servers with less then 4 people and even when there is no shooting at all going on the other day our team just won and it frooze on me.. i hardly get a solid hour out of this game now b4 it freezes on me please to god help me ill do anything!

Is your disk scrached or anything? Sometimes that happens to me and I just wipe it with a cloth pop it back in and it works.

i had it installed along with half life 2 and it plays through steam so i dont have the cd in

yea umm cds havent been needed since november of 2004 for css

sounds to me like ur computer is slowly dieing

make sure u do virus checks, spyware checks etcetc

stop dling porn from limewire or wherever u get it and ull notice big improvement

it maybe easier to just backup what u can and format ur system to start fresh then make sure u keep it clean

defragment often etc

Sounds like Your graphics card is overheating to me, Either that or your processor is, Do a full clean of the inside of your computer, be carefull though, get all those dust bunnies out of there and make sure all of the fans are running well and airflow is not bieng blocked at all.

if that doesnt work, reformat. if that doesnt work, look into buying replacement parts.
