No, you won't NOTICE a difference.

There will be a difference in framerate and you will feel a little more responsive in more demanding games. But it isn't the same difference as upgrading the GFX card. Depending on who you are, you will or won't notice a difference.

Now if you want you can OC it by quite a bit. Especially the 90nm version.
