Objectives:
Goldrush- Goldrush is a straight forward rush to steal the gold from a location and return
it to your own fort. While this is going on their will be others battling to stop
the other team from collecting more gold than yours.

Descriptions: First Goldrush map layout is Vikings spawn on one side of the map and Magyars
spawn on the other side of the map the objective is to steal the gold from a
goldmine in the middle of the map.

Second Goldrush map layout is Vikings spawn in a fort on one side of the map
and Magyars spawn on the other side in their fort. The map objective is to
Steal the gold from the other Teams fort.

General's sword- General's sword is a hunting type of gameplay mode, each team is out to find
the same item, The General's sword. The sword is golden so it will not be hard
to find in the map but transporting the item back to your fort will be the hard
part because if the person with the sword dies the goes back into a random
respawn place.

Descriptions: This Gameplay mode will take place in settings such as, Caves, Hills, Towns,
and Forests.

Raze- The objective is for the defending team to fend off the attackers. The attackers are to
break into the fort and set various buildings on fire.

Descriptions: Gameplay takes place mainly inside of a fort and the fort entrance.

Frontier Battle- This gameplay mode is like your basic Deathmatch mode. Vikings Vs Magyars in an all
out war with no rules or limitations.

Descriptions: This type of gameplay will take place in open battle fields and forts.

Starting a new thread about a new mod after your first one was generally criticized isn't usually a great idea. You should wait a while, work on the new idea, and then, with the older crits in mind, present a new idea that solves (or negates) the problems of the old one. If you continually flood the Help Wanted forums with mod ideas, you'll likely gain a negative reputation. It can often help to post your ideas in the General Editing forum to gauge public reaction before you attempt to assemble a team. Before attempting to assemble a team, I would look at your ideas, decide which one you like best, and describe it (privately, this is a process). Then, take that description and compare it to large games and mods that have come out recently or are popular. If the idea remains original, if it has that "it," then begin to go into more detail, outlining elements (like races/classes, weapons, etc.), and when you have a detailed design document, then present it to the public. Having done this work on the idea will show that you are dedicated to the project, and, if the idea really passed that inspection, it will probably be much more likely to be well-received, or at least more original.

As to your idea, I like Vikings and such, but the presentation you've given seems like (to me) like a collection of people/weapons and some generic gameplay modes. You haven't differentiated between the races (for lack of a better term) or the weapons, or given any reasons why it isn't (basically) a medieval CS clone.

I hope I'm not coming across as terribly mean, as I don't mean to be, I'm merely trying to offer my feelings on your ideas and how you could better present them to the community. With any lucky, I've helped, but at the very least understand that I'm trying to offer constructive criticism.

EDIT: Having seen that you let a friend use your account (although I confess I'm a tad skeptical), some of my first paragraph isn't directly relevant, but the validity of it stands (in my opinion).

Well to tell you the truth it was my stupid friend jeff who posted the cs thing on my account because i dont let him log me in and out of stuff without me knowing of it because everything on my comp is setup how i want it i dont let anyone touch it only allow them to post on my comp

its ok anyway if no one wants to help from this community people do show up eventually and we are serious about this our coder is already coding our weapons and I have 1 modeler working on actaully modeling the weapons

It still strikes me that it's a tad convenient for you to say that your friend posted the idea that got (basically) flamed without your permission. However, I'm willing to look past my distrust.

How exactly is your coder coding weapons with no HL2? Also, can we see more specific information about the mod?

he coding our side of the weaponry the items that we dont have from the HL2 coding is the only thing we will need to fulfill the rest of the coding
hes been in the C/C++ field for about 5 years now so he knows his way around

and we are currently developing more of this mod as we speak I will have a update tomorrow night for you guys

heres a class update

Description: This mod takes place in the medieval era. This is a melee/ranged weapon
modification, There are two teams The Vikings and The Magyars. This
modification will mainly consist of close melee weapon battling with
the few outcasts of archers, the archers are capable of equiping their
bows with more than just standard arrows, such as Fire arrows and Poison
arrows. To balance out the teams we will allow both teams access to every
single weapon built for the game, and also we will make the archers have
the power to drop ranks of enemies at a quick rate when in close range,
but archers are not powerhouses and nor are the barbarians or axemen.
Every unit is designed to have its weaknesses and strengths.

Overview of classes:
Barbarians- Barbarbarians are designed to take hits in combat and not
lose as much accuracy. But after every attack the damage done
will be lowered until they rest. The Barbarian class can only
carry one or two melee swords pending upon armor selected.
Barbarians cannot use any ranged or throwing items.

Bowmen- Bowmen designed to be quick and agile, stay out of the range
of melee enemies as for they are not designed to take hits their
accuracy will dramatically decrease after every hit. Bowmen can
carry any ranged and a throwing item. Bowmen cannot carry or use
swords/axes.

Axemen- Axemen are designed to take multiple hits in combat, and not be
effected to much by their accuracy change. Axemen attack slow
but with a strong force. Axemen can carry one or two axes, or
use dirks. Axemen cannot carry or use swords or bows.

No models/renders will be released to the public until we feel they are good enough to be released
