So I've been dealing with chronic prostatisis for about 8 months now. Basically, I have an infection in my prostate. It hurts, it's not fun and it won't go away.
I went to the doc's office yesterday and told them it was back again. They told me that it was not uncommon for guys to have a chronic case. I was put on a different med for 8 weeks.
Here's the trip. The doc (a woman no less) told me that the prostate is very difficult to penetrate with antibiotics so I should try to "flush the prostate" whenever possible about an hour before taking a dose. I asked her how exactly I was supposed to do that?
She replied, well, you're 27 and married so I assume you know of at least two ways!
I about fell off the table! This is one medical regiment I'm sure I can handle!
