Anyone see this movie? Someone recommended it to me and said it was entertaining, the movie was really dissapointing to be honest. There were some aspects that inueged me, such as the personalities and mannerisms of the serial killers, and the begining was interesting.

It went downhill fast half way through the movie. I think they could have done so many interesting things with it, especially at the end (what a predictableeeee end). I know it's a remake, but they look exactly the same, so I will not bother to watch the original.

Nah, not at all. The original was in 1997, it was German I believe.

But it's really nothing worth watching.

its a film that tests your patience on purpose and just puts you through horrible torture for its whole length. i think its more of an experiment than a film and i saw it for its artistic merit but it made for a shit film

I can see that the director was trying to get you to feel uncomfrotable (nascar on television, loud thrash music, etc) and it did.

What really made me give it a low score was the rewind scene, ****ing dumb. And then the one starts talking about reality and crap in the boat to make you think about it all, which was lame as well.

the original german one was interesting but not too incredibly enjoyable, i haven't seen the remake

I have no desire to watch a test on my patience and threshold for pain, i'd rather watch a movie.
